🚗 Driving directions
Turn onto Risk Road from the highway heading North. Proceed straight through the crossroads. Up the hill — keep left and follow the road around. Dunn Dreamin' is on your left, white guard wall under the bearded tree.
🚪 External pedestrian gate
Coded keypad entry. The gate code is 8642# (don't forget the #).
The magnetic lock will release and the door opens outwards.
To exit, use the same keypad on the internal pillar.
🔑 Front door — Schlage smart lock
Your personal access code is the last 4 digits of your mobile number. Warren sets this up before your arrival and it expires automatically at check-out.
To unlock — from outside: press the 🏠 Home logo then enter the last 4 digits of your mobile number. From inside: turn the thumbturn.
To lock — from outside: press the 🔒 Lock logo. From inside: turn the thumbturn.

AC units are controlled individually in each room using the handheld remote control, which you'll find in your room. The AC is complemented by a ceiling fan, controlled via the wall remote at the light switch position.
Ring security: Cameras cover the external parts of the property and front gate only — there are no cameras inside the villa. Guests may request all cameras to be switched off during their stay, with the exception of the front doorbell camera. You can monitor the cameras via the iPad located on the wall in the dining area. The iPad unlock code is 3101.

You can also scan the QR code on the iPad for instant connection.

The pool is serviced weekly, ordinarily on a Thursday before lunch. The pool engineers will enter via the pedestrian gate and will make themselves known before entering the property. Please shower before entering the pool.
- Pool towels can be found in the basket in the entrance hall
- Spa jets: button on the right side panel
- Do not leave children unattended
- Pool area closes at 11:00 pm — quiet hours

From the garden: Avocado, mango, and plantain trees — help yourself to whatever is ripe. We also have a sweet and sour tree, perfect for rum punches. You'll also find aloe vera plants at the rear of the garden overlooking the West Coast — please help yourself.
Nearest supermarket: 15 min walk.
Holetown (large supermarket, Pricemart warehouse, shops): short drive.
